This is how dirty Yenagoa the capital of Bayelsa State has become for the past 2 months. The major road of Yenagoa is been covered with lots of dirty. Could this be, that the Ministry of Environmental Sanitation Authority is not functioning in the state or could there be a problem between the state government and the ministry leading to this kind of dirtiness.
