She’s still got it: Singer, Brandy Norwood wows in studded hotpants with sheer shirt (PHOTOS)

Brandy Norwood dressed like she meant  business and when she got on stage she certainly delivered the goods.
The 34-year-old actress and singer set pulses  racing at the Essence Festival in New Orleans on Friday with a very sassy  outfit.
Brandi wore tiny black studded hotpants with  nude colored fishnet tights and a see-through shirt with a black bra peeking  underneath.

Earlier in the day Brandy sported a stars and  stripes sweater with denim shorts and grey suede boots as she showed off her  patriotic side.
But when she she took to the stage she changed into her much racier outfit and gave it her  all as she belted out her hits.

Other stars to appear at the event inside the  Mercedes Benz Superdome included LL Cool J, Jill Scott, Maxwell and former  Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams.
Michelle, 32, was another head turner in a  pink silk top with slashed black jacket and monochrome pants.

The singer and actress posed on the red  carpet with Mikki Taylor and Letoya Luckett.
